We Are Rosie seeks a Website and Digital Marketing Manager for a remote role supporting a mission-driven technology platform that supplies online fundraising and campaign tools to progressive and Democratic organizations and candidates. This contractor position involves approximately 35 to 40 hours per week for an initial term of about three months, starting as soon as possible with the possibility of an extension. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Time hours. The compensation is $55 to $60 per hour.
This role serves as the primary daily contact for an external web agency during a comprehensive website refresh, managing timelines, gathering assets, and handling approvals. The professional in this position will focus on optimizing conversion rates, integrating HubSpot with the web platform for lead capture, and coordinating stakeholders across technical, product, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills and relevant SaaS marketing experience to keep the website current and fast through the 2026 election cycle.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary daily contact for an external web agency overseeing a website refresh by supplying assets, managing timelines, and facilitating approvals
- Enhance conversion rates on priority pages and integrate HubSpot with the web platform for effective lead capture
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and technical groups to maintain project schedules
- Collaborate with web vendors to support site content and landing pages for election-season product pushes
- Execute SEO improvements including metadata updates, technical fixes, and on-page content adjustments
- Align product marketing pages for a campaign website builder with brand and messaging standards
- Manage web operations encompassing tracking implementations, redirects, and post-launch optimization
- Review site and campaign outputs to guarantee consistent visual brand standards and messaging
Requirements
- Possess three to five or more years of digital, web, or brand marketing experience
- Demonstrate prior experience managing website projects or redesigns alongside external agencies
- Have a working knowledge of landing page best practices and conversion rate optimization
- Show solid fundamentals in on-page and basic technical SEO
- Bring experience using HubSpot for forms, lead capture, and web or CMS integrations
- Display a keen eye for visual and copywriting brand consistency
- Exhibit strong communication and project management skills to drive initiatives forward
- Align with the client mission to support progressive and Democratic causes and candidates
