Codekeeper is seeking a Digital Product Designer to join its team on a full-time, remote basis. Founded by tech industry professionals, Codekeeper builds software escrow solutions designed for the cloud era to mitigate third-party operational risks. In this position, the selected professional will translate customer requirements into user journeys and build intuitive, appealing interfaces that the development team can bring to life. This role suits an energetic designer who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to software escrow products.
The person in this position will work alongside the Product Manager and Creative Director to prototype new user experiences, conduct research, and establish design guidelines. Codekeeper operates as a remote-first organization with a central office in The Hague and maintains a startup mindset that offers growth opportunities. Employees can expect regular gatherings, a dedicated onboarding ramp-up period, and a collaborative team environment. Candidates may submit their applications in either Dutch or English.
Responsibilities
- Convert customer needs into user journeys and design intuitive interfaces
- Partner with the Product Manager and Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences
- Produce user cases, wireframes, flows, scenarios, mockups, and prototypes
- Build visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation
- Communicate and present deliverables and designs to executives and peers
Requirements
- Proficiency in English copywriting
- Strong knowledge of typography and color theory
- Capacity to work effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced setting
- Access to a Mac with Figma or a preference for this tool
- Ability to analyze user journeys
- Experience using design systems and symbol libraries
