Job Description
MedReview is a payment integrity company that serves national and regional health plans and other healthcare organizations. This full-time, remote Director of Account Management role serves as the main day-to-day relationship contact for a set of assigned clients. It coordinates communication between clients and MedReview and monitors service performance.
The director is the main contact for assigned clients and makes sure questions, issues and requests are answered promptly and accurately. The role builds trust with client stakeholders, learns each client's business priorities and operating model, and keeps account plans, stakeholder charts, meeting notes and follow-up lists up to date. Complex or enterprise-level matters are escalated to senior account management leadership.
Service duties involve watching SLA results, outputs, unresolved problems and client promises. The director partners with Operations and other internal groups to diagnose problems and organize fixes, monitors claims aging and recovery activity, and keeps clients posted on status and fixes. The role prepares and leads recurring business reviews, reports on performance and savings, and documents decisions and next steps.
Growth work includes spotting add-on sales and new-solution openings, and supporting renewal, pricing and contracting discussions when assigned. The director also brings client feedback to product, operations and leadership, supports new client implementations, and recommends process improvements. Pay falls between $135,000 and $155,000 a year, based on experience.
