Job Description
MedReview offers payment integrity solutions to national and regional health plans, and has worked alongside health plans, TPAs and provider organizations for over forty years. This full-time, remote Vice President of Account Management role is responsible for building and leading the company's Account Management function, from team structure and processes to client strategy.
The VP runs the day-to-day work of the Account Management team, including coverage models, service standards, performance expectations, meeting cadences and documentation. The leader coaches account managers on how to talk with executives, resolve problems and grow revenue, and builds a portfolio-wide view of client health, retention risk, growth and profit.

The role drives cross-sell and upsell planning, plans to keep accounts that are at risk, and tracking of SLA adherence, claims aging and recovery work with Operations.
The posting asks for twelve-plus years in healthcare account management or adjacent fields, including significant leadership. A record of retaining and expanding large, complex accounts and experience building or substantially improving an account management function are expected. The VP should bring executive presence, negotiation skills and strong payment integrity knowledge. Pay sits between $250,000 and $300,000 a year, depending on experience.
