This position suits a strategic leader experienced in benefits architecture who can build programs from first principles rather than relying strictly on standard market practices. The person in this role will guide annual program renewals, handle vendor relationships, manage mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and collaborate extensively with the finance and legal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and evolve the overarching global benefits strategy and philosophy
  • Design and manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and voluntary benefit programs internationally
