The design organization comprises over 115 Product Designers, User Researchers, and Brand Designers, operating in collaborative cross-functional squads to build human-centric products.
Monzo is currently seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the design function for its Payments division. This senior leadership role involves setting the strategic design vision, building and mentoring high-performing design teams, and partnering closely with engineering and product leaders. Candidates will operate across multiple altitudes, translating long-term strategy into exceptional product execution while maintaining high standards of craft and quality.
This position offers a salary between £140,000 and £165,000 per year, accompanied by equity and comprehensive perks. The employer provides visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to the UK if required. Work arrangements are flexible, with options to operate from the London office or through distributed working within the United Kingdom with occasional office visits.
Responsibilities
