JumpCloud is seeking a Director, Product Strategy and Operations to join their team as a remote worker based in India. In this role, you will act as a hands-on leader reporting directly to the SVP of Product, serving as a trusted operating partner to connect strategy, execution, and business performance across the organization.
The employer builds an AI-powered unified IT management platform that combines identity, device, and access management to secure modern workforces and autonomous AI agents. This position suits an experienced professional with a background in product strategy and operations or product management who is capable of working closely with executives while personally building analyses and operating mechanisms.
Day-to-day duties involve managing portfolio planning, generating executive reporting for leadership and the board, overseeing Pendo strategy, and handling customer advisory board operations. You will also collaborate with finance and go-to-market teams on monetization analysis, build AI agents to automate reporting and workflows, and refine existing planning and metric processes.
Internal business and interviews are conducted in English, requiring fluency in speaking and writing. Candidates must be located in and legally authorized to work in India.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio planning, product prioritization lists and dashboards, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.
- Produce high-level reporting for executives, the senior leadership team, and the board.
- Oversee Pendo strategy, instrumentation governance, dashboards, and adoption insights.
- Handle product intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer close-loop practices.
- Manage the Customer Advisory Board operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-through.
- Map use-cases, capabilities, product lines, product-market fit, and packages or SKUs.
- Partner with finance and go-to-market teams to analyze pricing, packaging, product performance, and monetization.
- Enhance current planning, KPI, and reporting workflows.
- Develop AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer evidence, detect portfolio risks, and minimize manual product operations tasks.
Requirements
- Located in and authorized to work in India
- Fluent in English for speaking and writing
- Capable of operating as a hands-on leader who can build analyses personally while working directly with executives
- Familiarity with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging
- Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tooling and construct practical agents or workflow automations

- Background in product strategy and product operations, or a comparable product management background
