In this position, the specialist will evaluate transaction flows across digital products, API integrations, and payment channel reconciliations to protect electronic operations. - Review revenue assurance controls by verifying commission splits, fee configurations, and automated ledger postings for e-business products
- Examine e-channel clearing suspense accounts, transaction staging accounts, and merchant settlement accounts to ensure prompt matching
- Analyze application controls, parameter settings, and authorization logic related to digital channel interfaces and e-business apps
- Partner with technology, operations, and product teams to integrate internal control requirements into new digital payment product designs
- Maintain an e-business control deficiency dashboard to monitor and fix issues discovered during channel reviews and audits
- Audit digital channel access rights, transaction limits, and privileged user activities to prevent unauthorized actions and fraud
- Track adherence to regulatory guidelines, payment system standards, and digital risk management practices
- Perform root cause investigations for transaction outages, digital channel control failures, or settlement mismatches and suggest prevention methods
- Manage the control deficiency remediation dashboard to track and close open findings from assessments, internal audits, and external examinations
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
- Accumulate four to six years of experience in e-business control, internal control, revenue assurance, or digital channel auditing within a commercial bank, fintech, or switching company
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and familiarity with the COSO internal control framework, relevant IFRS standards, and ISO 31000 risk management
- Show deep understanding of electronic payment channels including mobile, web, POS, NIP, and switching platforms alongside API integration controls
- Exhibit proficiency in automated transaction reconciliation, log analysis, data analytics, and designing test scripts for high-volume digital transactions
