Moniepoint seeks a Senior Videographer to join its production pod as a peer-level craft owner. This on-site role suits an experienced media professional who can personally handle end-to-end video production without delegating or outsourcing.
The person in this position will manage timelines, communicate directly with stakeholders, and contribute to craft mentorship within the production team. Applicants must possess a strong storytelling background across formats such as documentary, executive content, event coverage, and talking-head videos.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end video production personally, shooting and editing assigned projects to studio craft standards
- Own project timelines and communicate directly with stakeholders from concept through final delivery
- Identify and flag risks proactively before deadlines slip
- Contribute fresh creative and format ideas to elevate production standards across studio output
- Provide craft mentorship within the production pod
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in video production
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating work that was both self-shot and self-edited
- Proven track record of direct and proactive stakeholder management, including under delivery pressure
- Strong storytelling instinct across documentary, talking-head, event, and executive content
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability inside a small production team
