This full-time on-site data quality role at SGS in the Philippines manages employee master data used by finance and HR systems. The expert maintains employee profiles, assigns cost centers and reporting structures, and supports payroll data flows. The role also manages system access, internal controls and audit-ready records for shared service affiliates.
Responsibilities
- Enter, verify and update employee profiles in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Workday.
- Assign employees to cost centers, business units and reporting structures and support payroll data.
- Manage access to financial systems and monitor access to sensitive HR data.
- Troubleshoot data transfer errors between HR and finance systems and validate data for reporting.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, with finance, accounting, business information systems or HR management preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in data quality, data governance or HR analytics.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM or FI, Workday or Oracle Cloud.
Qualifications
- Expert-level Excel skills.
- English at C1 or C2 level for presentations and formal analysis.
- Ability to work across matrixed organizations with leadership and influencing skills.
