This full-time, on-site senior developer role in Bengaluru at Bosch leads Python and generative AI tool development for enterprise applications. The developer optimizes code for memory and speed, mentors Python developers, acts as subject-matter expert on tools, and coordinates with teams across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Python scripts and tools, and optimize existing source code for memory and speed.
- Mentor and groom a team of Python developers.
- Act as subject-matter expert for Python-based tool development and maintenance.
- Manage customers and stakeholders, and communicate progress and challenges across geographies.
Requirements
- Extensive Python programming experience, including advanced features, and knowledge of Gen AI concepts.
- Experience designing scalable features using design patterns and industry best practices.
- Experience with Git and Bitbucket, and with Scrum in Agile environments.
- 6-8 years of programming experience in Python and C++, with strong data structures, algorithms and multithreading knowledge.
Qualifications
- A BE or M.Tech degree.
- Experience with MATLAB is an added advantage.
