Job Description
GitLab operates an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, helping organizations boost developer efficiency, improve operational performance, and minimize compliance and security risks. More than half of the Fortune 100 and tens of millions of registered users rely on the platform to release secure software rapidly. Responsibilities also include steering centralized dependency management, implementing self-service onboarding paths with standard continuous integration templates, and integrating artificial intelligence tools into everyday workflows to elevate productivity.
GitLab maintains a high-performance culture driven by continuous knowledge exchange and values collaboration across globally distributed teams. Candidates do not need to check every single box to apply, as the organization welcomes applicants with varying levels of experience and focuses on holistic potential.
