Bosch is seeking an Enterprise Architect for an on-site role in Bengaluru. This position focuses on defining and governing enterprise infrastructure architecture strategies, encompassing data centers, cloud platforms, networks, compute resources, storage, security, and workplace technologies to support business objectives.
The role suits a seasoned professional with extensive experience in large-scale IT transformations, hybrid cloud environments, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include building architecture roadmaps, overseeing data center migration and modernization initiatives, guiding technology selections, and aligning infrastructure designs with resilience and cost optimization goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the enterprise IT infrastructure and data center architecture roadmap
- Develop target-state architecture covering hybrid clouds, compute, storage, networks, virtualization, and disaster recovery
- Review and approve high-level and low-level designs, solution architectures, and technical proposals
- Lead greenfield data center projects and brownfield transformation programs
- Manage the architecture and implementation of the HPE GreenLake edge-to-cloud platform
- Define compute, storage, and network architecture standards
- Assess emerging technologies including AI infrastructure, GPU computing, and Infrastructure-as-Code
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, cloud, operations, and application teams
Requirements
- Possess 10-15+ years of IT infrastructure experience with exposure to large-scale transformation
- Demonstrate strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure and data center architecture, including hybrid clouds
- Have experience with architecture governance, technology standards, and design review boards
- Display strong stakeholder management skills for engaging with leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Earn relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Cisco, or ITIL
