Bosch is seeking a senior AI leader in Bengaluru to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and lead AI-driven transformation across engineering, business and corporate functions. The role covers AI governance and roadmaps, generative and agentic AI adoption, building reusable AI platforms, and executive reporting. It is a full-time, on-site position for candidates with 15+ years of experience and at least 8 years of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI vision, roadmap and governance framework
- Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions
- Build and mentor AI, data science, ML engineering and MLOps teams
- Drive adoption of generative AI, agentic AI and intelligent automation
Requirements
- 15+ years in custom application development, data science, software or digital transformation
- At least 8 years of leadership managing global engineering teams, including a Microsoft D365 practice
- Deep expertise in machine learning, LLMs, agentic AI and MLOps
- Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, OpenAI, Anthropic or similar ecosystems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's and master's degree or higher in computer science, AI, data science or a related discipline
- Active participation in AI research, publications or open-source communities is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft technologies
