This full-time, on-site Field Sales Associate role focuses on outbound field sales in Abu Dhabi as Lalamove scales up in the UAE. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle for outbound field work in Abu Dhabi, matching UAE team processes
- Sweep territories offline to acquire merchants and grow local coverage
- Spend four days a week working in the field
- Attend the Friday team sync and planning session at the Dubai office
Requirements
- One to three years of relevant field sales experience, with Abu Dhabi local market experience a strong priority
- Practical, responsible and at ease in a quick-moving role
- A valid UAE driving licence is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Arabic, Filipino or Mandarin is strongly preferred alongside fluent English
