Job Description
This full-time, on-site FP&A Manager role focuses on renewals and is based in the United States. The manager owns the renewal base model and produces reliable multi-year forecasts that feed company planning. The position sits at the intersection of finance, sales operations and systems, and acts as the go-to point for renewal base questions.
Renewal base ownership covers setting goals and quota levels for the yearly plan, working with sales, revenue operations and finance management on assumptions, and defining the inputs used for compensation planning. The manager is the main point of escalation when data or method discrepancies are raised by sales, customer success or finance, and investigates and resolves them.
Bookings policy is another area. The manager defines how bookings are classified as new, expansion or renewal, decides what counts as a genuine new workflow compared with managing churned accounts or workflows, and works with revenue operations to put those decisions into the CRM and reporting systems. The manager serves as the subject matter expert on edge cases.
Enterprise planning and systems partnership complete the role. The manager serves as the go-to FP&A lead for renewal-driven revenue, ties renewal forecasts into the operating plan, multi-year models and board packs, and supports planning and reforecasting with scenario analysis. The manager also works with IT and Salesforce engineers to translate policy into CRM logic and reporting. The role requires five to seven years of FP&A experience, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS.
