This full-time on-site audit role at SGS in Manila performs third-party food safety audits and delivers training on food safety programs. The auditor completes the audit cycle as team member or lead, prepares checklists and audit packages, and coaches auditors. Responsibilities
- Complete the third-party audit cycle as a team member or team leader, including desk studies and on-site audits.
- Prepare checklists, itineraries and audit packages, and complete audit reports and client file updates.
- Customize training materials and deliver food safety training programs.
- Coach and give feedback to auditors under training or supervision.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in food technology and chemistry, or a degree in a food, bio-science or chemical engineering field.
- At least five years of full-time work in the food chain, including two years in quality assurance or food safety.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Qualifications
- A professional license is an advantage.
- An IRCA or JRCA certified lead auditor course is an advantage.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, at the Makati office.
