Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to produce technical scopes, risk assessments, and project estimates covering both build effort and operational costs.
• Collaborate with the sales team on solution scoping and design.
• Develop end-to-end integrations using Claude Code, including agents, Model Context Protocol servers, enterprise resource planning connectors, data mapping, and webhooks.
• Certify completed work against client data sources with automated regression testing and verifiable sign-off evidence.
• Create reusable verification tooling such as parity harnesses, reconciliation mechanisms, and agent-driven test generation.
• Establish testing protocols for agentic components, covering prompt injection vectors, permission scoping, and autonomous agent capabilities.
• Implement security guardrails in client environments including scoped credentials, approval gates, output validation, and audit logging.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact through security reviews and change control procedures.
• Deliver thorough documentation, runbooks, and monitoring systems during handoffs.
• Transform recurring integration patterns into standardized platform products like application programming interfaces and official Model Context Protocol servers.
• Manage the developer experience for the integration surface, including documentation and self-service paths.
• Contribute across the full stack to the core platform between client engagements, building internal agentic tooling like subagents, skills, hooks, and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience building and shipping production software across frontend, backend, and integration domains.
• At least 5 years of experience operating self-built systems in production while handling on-call duties.
• Direct background in professional services, billable consulting, or solutions engineering involving scoping, cost estimation, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated production usage of Claude Code, including Model Context Protocol servers, skills, hooks, subagents, and the Claude application programming interface.
• Strong grasp of context engineering, tool utilization, model selection, and non-deterministic system failure modes.
• Proven capability to identify incorrect artificial intelligence outputs and build automated checks to prevent them from reaching clients.
• Extensive experience verifying data integrations at scale through reconciliation strategies and full comparisons.
• Proficiency in agent-driven testing and evaluation of non-deterministic behavior and regression detection.
• Experience with test automation at scale including Playwright, Cypress, and contract testing.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, Python, TypeScript, and React with Next.js or React Native.
• Experience deploying, operating, and debugging production workloads on Amazon Web Services.
• Familiarity with REST integrations, data pipelines ranging from flat files to event-driven architectures, and databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, production observability tooling like New Relic, and automation platforms such as n8n.
• Ability to lead client-facing discovery sessions and manage complex stakeholder interactions professionally.
• Fluent English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exposure to aviation, aerospace, or defense industries including International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations awareness.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or aerospace-specific platforms.
• Background in security testing practices including the Open Worldwide Application Security Project Top 10 and its counterpart for large language models.
