  • Collaborate with colleagues to test assumptions and refine decision-making

  • Handle multiple requests and meet planning cycle deadlines
  • Ask questions, escalate issues appropriately, and improve analytical delivery

Requirements

  • Hands-on background in financial planning, forecasting, and FP&A
  • Ability to interpret financial data across the balance sheet and P&L
  • Skill in translating financial drivers into practical decisions
  • Experience partnering with commercial or product stakeholders
  • Understanding of financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Capacity to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Exposure to retail banking, consumer finance, or retail lending products
  • Background in credit risk, pricing, valuations, or impairments
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or similar planning tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, BI tools, or Excel
  • Experience utilizing AI or automation to enhance analytical workflows
  • Possession of, or progress toward, a relevant finance, risk, treasury, or accountancy qualification
