This position functions as an individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for specific financial planning and analysis workstreams that back various business segments.
This job suits an experienced finance professional who can operate with high autonomy and partner with senior stakeholders. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor, blending operational and financial insights to guide leadership on performance drivers, trade-offs, and strategic decisions. Responsibilities include directing planning and forecasting, building scalable financial models, assessing investments and pricing strategies through ROI evaluations, and steering cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders by combining financial and operational insights
- Lead planning, forecasting, assumption-challenging, performance tracking, and long-term planning for supported business areas
- Construct scalable reporting models and apply relevant metrics and scenarios to clarify risks and opportunities
- Evaluate pricing, investments, growth, and efficiency initiatives using business cases, ROI, and payback analysis
- Direct workstreams within complex cross-functional projects to enhance FP&A processes, data quality, and reporting standards
- Share best finance practices across the organization
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, or finance business partnering within a complex or fast-growing setting
- Background in owning management reporting, forecasting, planning, or performance analysis processes with an understanding of P&L, cash flow, and operational drivers
- Practical experience creating structured financial models, handling large or imperfect datasets, and applying sensitivity scenarios
- History of partnering with non-finance senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and delivering actionable recommendations
- Hold a professional finance qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent
Qualifications
- Prior background in technology, fintech, payments, marketplaces, or other high-growth sectors across diverse business models, geographies, or functions
- Working familiarity with planning applications like Anaplan or Planful, BI tools, SQL, automation, or AI-enabled finance workflows
- Experience mentoring colleagues or reviewing the output of analysts
