This full-time on-site data role in the GBS center at SGS in the Philippines enters and verifies data in the laboratory information management system. The analyst registers jobs, checks sample login and report data, and maintains customer records. The role works under the GBS EHS supervisor and must meet lab turnaround deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Enter data, register jobs and validate operational data in the LIMS as trained.
- Check sample login, field, subcontract lab, report and invoice data for accuracy.
- Maintain the customer database and document reviews and changes.
- Flag turnaround risks to the GBS team coordinator or section lab manager immediately.
Requirements
- A minimum four-year university degree from an internationally accredited institution.
- English at B2 or C1 level.
- Strong MS Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- One year or more of data entry, management or verification experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality and operational excellence.
- Ability to learn new computer programs.
