Job Description
GCB Bank, in collaboration with Deloitte, manages the GCB EAGLET MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAMME to develop future banking leaders and changemakers in the industry. This initiative is designed for ambitious and forward-thinking graduates who want to build their careers within a prominent financial institution.
Ideal candidates possess strong innovation skills, commercial awareness, transformational thinking, resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential. Participants must be ready to work across any GCB Bank business or support function and at any of the bank's locations throughout Ghana.
Requirements
- Must have completed the National Service Scheme at the time of application by 2026, supported by a National Service Certificate
- Must be 25 years old or younger at the time of application, verified with a scanned National ID or Passport biodata page
- Must hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division in a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution
- Must provide academic certificates and transcripts
- Must be willing and available to work in any GCB Bank business or support function and at any of the bank's locations across Ghana
- Must submit an updated curriculum vitae and required verification documents through the designated official recruitment channel
