Roblox is hiring a Global Developer Engagement Representative for a part-time, six-month contractor position. Roblox operates a platform where tens of millions of users explore immersive 3D digital experiences created by a global community. The organization builds tools and technology to help creators bring their visions to life across multiple devices.
This role suits an individual who understands the Roblox developer ecosystem and wants to support community growth. The contractor will work 20 hours per week helping to plan and execute global online and in-person events, workshops, and engagement programs. Responsibilities include building relationships with creators, identifying high-potential developers building innovative games, and supporting initiatives that foster collaboration and skill development. Candidates must be physically located within North America.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute global online and in-person developer workshops, events, and initiatives
- Manage project logistics for developer engagement programs

- Maintain organization across concurrent projects and communicate proactively
