Bosch seeks a Global Process Expert for Cash & Bank to join its team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role focuses on designing business processes, translating business needs into IT specifications, and collaborating across end-to-end chains.
This position requires deep expertise in Cash and Bank operations alongside exposure to invoice-to-pay workflows. Responsibilities
- Design processes based on business requirements and defined working models
- Translate business needs into IT requirements utilizing standard SAP solutions
- Support custom development approvals when necessary
- Collaborate with process owners, managers, and deploy experts across end-to-end procure-to-pay chains
- Execute functional component tests and participate in rollout test cycles
- Produce solution documentation covering functional descriptions, user guides, settings, and interfaces
- Train key users and deploy experts by developing training materials and transferring knowledge
Requirements
- Completed university degree in finance and accounting or a CA/CMA designation
- Several years of accounting experience with specialized expertise in Cash and Bank processes
- Very strong knowledge of SAP-FI
- Good knowledge of related end-to-end Source-to-Pay functions
- Very good spoken and written English language skills
Qualifications
- Prior familiarity with Bosch operations and knowledge systems
