Wise is hiring a Graduate Product Designer for a full-time position located in on-site London. Wise operates with the mission of creating a fair, open, and human financial system designed for people living global lives.
In this role, you will join the Screening team, which is part of the Financial Crime unit. Your work will focus primarily on designing software experiences for internal agents to investigate risk domains and handle cases, alongside creating customer-facing flows for individuals impacted by investigations. You will also have the opportunity to explore and implement LLM-based AI features within human-led investigation workflows.
You will receive mentorship from members of the Product Design team and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues on quarterly-planned projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and fellow graduates under the guidance of product design mentors
- Design software experiences and internal tooling for internal agents to handle cases across financial crime risk domains
- Create customer-facing flows for users impacted by investigations
- Explore and implement promising opportunities for integrating LLM-based AI into human-led investigation case flows
Requirements
- Graduate in 2026 or 2027 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Design Management, Project or Program Management, Creative Production, Operations, Organisational Psychology, or a similar field
- Able to start a full-time graduate job in September 2027
- Eligible to work in London
- Possess strong systems thinking skills with experience in designing complex software and internal tooling featuring high content density
- Focus on UX interaction design, workflow optimization, and solving complex problems for internal and outsourced agents
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating solid UX craft, clear problem-solving rationale, and end-to-end design thinking
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and rationalize design decisions clearly to team members
- Show curiosity for learning through user research, feedback, and iterative design work
