In this capacity, the selected professional will unify customer and developer interactions across the platform, targeting reduced time-to-first-value and streamlined transitions from proof of concept to production environments. This leadership position involves directing a team of product managers, establishing strategic direction across connected product lines, and collaborating closely with engineering, customer experience, and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, success metrics, and investment priorities for Platform Experience
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers while establishing clear ownership and product practices
- Establish a consistent, API-first and agentic-first developer experience across command-line interfaces, Terraform, software development kits, public APIs, documentation, and Nebius Echo
- Accelerate time-to-first-value and ensure predictable progression from proof of concept to production through end-to-end journeys and actionable errors
- Guide the evolution of capacity planning, quota administration, and resource models suitable for enterprise, partner, multi-region, and multi-tenant applications
- Develop a centralized approach for customer-facing announcements regarding maintenance, incidents, and multi-product events
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of product management experience, featuring leadership and mentorship of other product managers
- Demonstrated history of managing a product portfolio or group spanning multiple technically complex products and teams
- Background in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, enterprise software, or a related technical business-to-business domain
- Technical familiarity sufficient to collaborate with engineering leaders on APIs, developer tooling, resource models, multi-tenancy, and distributed systems
- Skills in product strategy, customer discovery, data analysis, and executive stakeholder management
- Authorization to work in the application country with required proof of employment eligibility upon hire
Qualifications
- Experience working with public APIs, infrastructure-as-code tools, developer documentation, or artificial intelligence-assisted developer platforms
- Familiarity with graphics processing unit infrastructure, artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads, or capacity-constrained cloud solutions
