Nebius seeks a Learning Experience Designer to join the Nebius Academy team. In this position, the professional will create courses focused on the Nebius AI Cloud tailored to various learners. Nebius Academy functions as an online learning platform providing practical, industry-focused training for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences. Responsibilities
- Engage in learning needs analysis and high-level course design alongside subject matter experts and product managers
- Define learning outcomes for entire courses as well as individual modules and lessons
- Convert subject matter expert materials into accessible educational content
- Develop learning aids and practice exercises
- Partner with the production team to produce visual assets
- Review current courses to evaluate cognitive load, goal alignment, and difficulty levels
- Incorporate student feedback and expert recommendations for ongoing enhancement
- Modify course content for various use cases such as onboarding and certification
- Keep course documentation current and manage a backlog of improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience functioning as an instructional designer or in a comparable capacity
- Demonstrated background handling technical subjects like data science or software engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of digital learning design frameworks and principles
- Capability to build diverse educational formats including videos, assessments, and long-form readings
- Working knowledge of modern software such as Supademo, HeyGen, and Figma
- Skill in utilizing artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT for content research, creation, and design while maintaining quality control
- Advanced proficiency in the English language
Qualifications
- Prior background involving software instructions and customer education
- Previous involvement with cloud certification programs such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS
