Job Description
UpGuard is looking for a GTM Engineer to join its fully remote team on a full-time basis. The company develops a Cyber Risk Posture Management platform that combines threat intelligence, security ratings, and agentic AI to help organizations manage cyber risks.
In this position, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven automations to enhance the productivity of revenue departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management. You will work with modern automation tools, build custom software solutions, and connect systems like CRMs, sales engagement platforms, customer data platforms, and data warehouses.
This role suits professionals with a background in workflow automation, API integration, and Large Language Models who want to build innovative technological solutions in a cybersecurity environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement AI-native automations
- Leverage automation platforms such as n8n
- Build custom software solutions as needed
- Integrate automations with key business systems like CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and Sales Engagement tools
- Interface with Data Warehouses using tools such as dbt and reverse-ETL platforms
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leveraging Large Language Models to automate manual workflows
- Experience with Python and/or Javascript
- Expertise with n8n automation platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of REST API architecture as both a user and builder
- Security-first mindset
Qualifications
- Experience supporting a B2B revenue organization
- Understanding of challenges faced by Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams in a B2B context
- Deep experience with n8n
- Significant HubSpot experience
- Knowledge of next-generation GTM tools such as Clay, Unify, and Usergems
