Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role on the FP&A team that supports go-to-market finance for sales and marketing across Druva. The GTM Finance Manager reports to the Senior Director of GTM Finance and works closely with the chief revenue officer, the chief marketing officer, the CFO and go-to-market leaders to turn strategy into budgets, operating frameworks and practical insight.
The manager owns sales and marketing operating expenses, headcount, travel and entertainment, and commission forecasts. The role leads budgeting, forecasting and budget-versus-actual reviews, and advises the CRO on resource allocation and investment priorities. Sales capacity models are a core responsibility, measuring how hiring, attrition, ramp time and productivity affect ACV targets and sales results.
On the economics side, the manager builds fully loaded P&L and return-on-investment models for sales regions, combining direct, overlay and indirect costs. Working with Marketing, the role manages pipeline-to-bookings models, sets pipeline targets, and evaluates returns on programs, campaigns and MDF investments. It also leads long-range planning, scenario analysis and strategic initiatives, and relies on AI and automation to simplify reports and forecasts.
Candidates need a finance, accounting, economics or related undergraduate degree, with an MBA or CFA strongly preferred, and at least five years in finance including three years supporting go-to-market teams in SaaS. Familiarity with planning tools such as Adaptive, Dashboard and SQL, and with Salesforce and Clari, is expected. The posting values attention to detail, quick learning on AI tools, strong modeling and an ownership mindset. The base pay range is $139,000 to $194,333 per year.
