The organization is currently hiring a Head of AI Native Operations to establish and direct a newly formed central team. This hands-on leadership position focuses on constructing an AI-native internal operating system designed to handle operational duties autonomously through end-to-end agents. The individual chosen will formulate the architecture, develop initial versions of essential components, and maintain responsibility for ensuring that all operating agents function safely, accurately, and with continuous improvement.
