Responsibilities
- Control packing, billing, dispatch and freight reconciliation for finished goods
- Coordinate freight with external logistics providers and check transport bills
- Run cycle counts, annual stock verification and monthly stock reconciliation
- Handle customer complaints using 8D problem solving and track performance scores
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a mid-size auto or auto component company
- SAP SD module knowledge at key user level
- Knowledge of outbound logistics and SAP MM
Qualifications
- Engineering or commerce graduate with a PG diploma in management sciences
- Familiarity with shelf life control and tracking
- Experience with 8D form filling and assessment
