Bosch seeks a Senior Manager or Deputy General Manager to act as the primary project lead for establishing a new production plant. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through production startup and closure. The successful candidate will direct cross-functional teams across disciplines such as engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics while coordinating with government officials and international colleagues for necessary approvals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the assigned project from the concept stage through production and project closure
- Direct cross-functional core teams covering facilities, engineering, quality, manufacturing, technical functions, product management, purchasing, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external government officials to secure plant establishment approvals
- Create and execute project plans and timelines aligned with the product roadmap, VM, and BBM processes
- Manage project infrastructure, manufacturing equipment, and standard operating procedures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to cost, schedule, and quality
- Organize review meetings, manage escalations, and handle project status communications
- Plan and track project execution budgets and oversee the onboarding of the operations team

- Bachelor of Engineering in any branch
