Bosch is seeking a Senior Manager for quality management and plant operations at its Bidadi facility. This on-site leadership position focuses on overseeing customer quality requirements, managing audits, handling claims and reverse logistics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production lines. The role suits an experienced manufacturing and quality professional ready to direct employee capabilities, control annual budgets, and manage critical quality escalations.
The person in this role will coordinate stakeholder actions to maintain production continuity during special events, authorize quality functions during change management processes, and ensure adherence to quality management systems. Responsibilities also span extended workbench quality oversight, crisis management, and supplier quality enhancement. Candidates will engage in strategic quality improvement projects such as digitalization, cost-saving programs, and defect reduction.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer-specific quality requirements and monitor improvement actions
- Organize and lead customer visits and plant audits
- Manage customer claims, rework, and reverse logistics for zero kilometer, field, and aftermarket returns
- Authorize quality functions during change management events including gate reviews, releases, and trial orders
- Drive quality improvement projects such as cost-saving initiatives and defect reduction
- Assess risks across in-house production, customer support, and inventory to alert management of high-risk scenarios
- Control annual budgets related to third-party services, containment, and analysis
- Evaluate digital and quality methodology trends to direct employee capability development
Requirements
- Over 15 years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations management
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Qualifications
- Master degree in relevant engineering disciplines
