Bosch seeks a Senior Business Accountant specializing in Cash and Bank for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. This role focuses on managing financial operations related to treasury functions, banking, statutory compliance, and general ledger accounting. The ideal candidate will handle cross-border transactions, liquidity management, payment execution, and audit processes while collaborating closely with various internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger and sub-ledger accounting operations
- Deliver monthly financial results on schedule with high first-pass yield
- Meet all statutory payment deadlines and compliance requirements
- Provide advance fund forecasting and maintain balanced liquidity management
- Handle payment processes and coordinate physical logistics material planning
- Collaborate with resident and user departments to resolve service request clarifications promptly
- Prepare, reconcile, and process tasks related to cash and bank activities
- Fulfill TDS returns and manage Form 144 and 145 documentation
- Interface with auditors, CA firms, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment queries
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience in accounting and related activities
- Proficiency in handling cash and bank operations
- Advanced knowledge of FEMA and RBI regulations concerning cross-border transactions
- Awareness of compliance topics and statutory payments to government authorities
- Competency in SAP software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities
Qualifications
- Educational background as a CA, ICMA, or CGMA, or semi-qualified status
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
