  • Close reporting coverage gaps, create scalable self-service tools, and foster cross-functional partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, insights, or analytics
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a commercial, B2B, or go-to-market context
  • Demonstrated history of owning end-to-end reporting programs from data modeling to stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI or visualization tool such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience building recurring, full business-line reports and analytical frameworks at scale
  • Strong communication abilities to convey analytical findings to leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with customer retention frameworks, pipeline tracking, and sales performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a technology, marketplace, or B2B sales setting
  • Familiarity with CRM data, including Salesforce, and its connection to downstream analytics
  • Background in building or contributing to external partner-facing reporting programs
  • Ability to convert ambiguous problem statements into clear analytical outputs
