In this position, the professional will collaborate closely with corporate treasury teams and banking partner onboarding operations. Responsibilities
- Assist corporate treasury groups with operational and investment decisions through deep-dive analysis and performance metrics
- Automate operational procedures and support the creation of engineering solutions when necessary
- Develop and maintain dbt data models to display key metrics
- Create and manage Lightdash dashboards to guide operational workflows and decision-making
- Engage with departments across the company to gather knowledge for accurate analysis and implementation
- Mentor colleagues on data analysis best practices to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and improved execution speed
Requirements
- Extensive background in data analytics
- Extensive proficiency in SQL for building and maintaining complex data sources
- Experience using visualization tools to present critical insights
- Experience with dbt and robust data modeling to create reusable and maintainable data assets
- Stakeholder management capabilities to influence high-impact change across analytics, engineering, and business teams
- Ability to convert business requests into clear analytical problems
- Skill in conveying complex information tailored to the audience level
- Capacity to deliver high-quality work independently
Qualifications
- Background working in financial services or fintech
- Experience automating or supporting operational workflows
- Familiarity with Superset or Lightdash
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques involving Python and statistical modeling
- Experience managing one to two analysts or coaching junior team members
