The organization is currently hiring a full-time Lead Entertainment Consultant, Tour Performance to manage the commercial success and daily execution of its concert touring portfolio. This position suits an experienced professional with a background in live events who can guide shows from initial booking through post-event analysis.
In this capacity, the individual will oversee active tours, track show health, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, product, client success, operations, finance, and business operations. Key duties involve directing onsale readiness, maintaining pipeline visibility, building executive reporting dashboards, and serving as a primary point of contact for venue partners and promoters. The role requires resolving operational challenges, providing on-site support for major events, and assisting departmental leadership with strategic initiatives.
The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus. SeatGeek supports a flexible work arrangement where staff can work fully remotely or choose how many days to spend in an office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of active concert tours from the initial booking stage through post-event wrap-up
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks across client success, marketing, product, operations, finance, and business operations
- Monitor touring health to identify performance risks and uncover commercial improvement opportunities
- Facilitate onsale readiness and support venue partners and promoters before, during, and after public ticket releases
- Maintain pipeline visibility and prepare executive reporting dashboards, recurring performance metrics, and client updates
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for promoters, venue partners, and booking stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in live entertainment, venue operations, event management, ticketing, or touring
- Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with promoters, booking agencies, artist management, or venues
- Proven project management capabilities with the aptitude to oversee multiple concurrent events
- Experience utilizing data analytics and reporting to drive operational enhancements
- Strong relationship management and communication competencies
