The selected individual will manage projects from initial strategy through execution and launch, balancing speed with quality. Responsibilities include both minor optimizations and building brand-new products from the ground up, utilizing experimentation and data-driven methods. The role offers a salary range of USD 130,000 to 188,000 per year, alongside equity eligibility and an annual discretionary bonus. Responsibilities

Analyze the needs, behaviors, and motivations of fans, artists, teams, and sellers
Develop overarching strategies while managing details through execution and launch
Balance delivery speed and quality by focusing on product optimizations and new 0-1 product development
Apply data, experimentation, and systems thinking to design tasks
Enhance component systems collaboratively to maintain consistent user experiences

Requirements

Have at least 4 years of professional design experience
Maintain four hours of daily schedule overlap with a standard East Coast workday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Demonstrate strong craftsmanship and an understanding of logistical and technical barriers during live events
