Job Description
The Lead Product Analyst role sits within the Business Squad at Wise, the team responsible for the company's international business account. The position is based in London and is offered full time on a hybrid basis. The squad owns Multi-User Access, the feature that lets a business add team members so work can be delegated. As the account moves toward larger organisations, the focus is on adoption and deeper use of features by bigger customers.
The analyst would turn data into conclusions that guide the team's strategy and product decisions. Core work includes defining goals, measurable KPIs and clear progress narratives, spotting high-impact opportunities, and raising the standard of A/B testing so the team can iterate faster. The role also involves building automated data pipelines and self-service dashboards, and leading complex cross-team projects. Those projects range from tactical questions such as fraud and chargeback risk to strategic ones such as how products should be priced.
The posting describes a candidate who works independently in a fast-moving setting, decides which requests matter most by likely impact, and can explain findings to people outside analytics. Expert SQL for large, complex datasets is central, along with experience running and interpreting experiments. Stakeholder influence is also emphasised, including judging when to agree or decline requests so impact is protected. Prior B2B experience and knowledge of reconciling financial data, analysing risk or FinTech compliance is useful but not essential.
