Job Description

Wise is hiring a full-time Lead Product Analyst for the Send tribe in London. The role is hybrid, and the posting gives a salary range of £75,000 to £115,000, plus company restricted stock units. The role supports High Volume customers, who have the most complex transfer needs and depend most heavily on Wise getting transfers right.

The analyst's mission is to understand what these customers need, pinpoint the friction points in their journey, and steer the team toward its most critical challenges. The role owns two problem areas. The first is verification and predictability, where the analyst generates insight and tracks impact to clarify documentation requirements and reduce friction in the verification process. The second is service quality, where the analyst examines response times and service standards, helps define how support operations should scale, and identifies customer segments that need more specialised attention to prevent churn. Predictability is treated as a route to growth, because a more reliable product and a more efficient service improve retention and open up further growth. The analyst also helps the team look ahead and decide what to work on next.

The posting asks for five or more years in analytical roles, with strong SQL and Python skills. Hands-on experience with controlled experiments and causal analysis to measure the effect of product changes is expected, as is a track record working alongside PMs and analysts to define KPIs and track how features affect conversion, stickiness and engagement. Candidates should be persuasive stakeholder managers, knowing when to accept or decline requests, with a bias for action, and able to structure an open-ended problem from first principles. Experience with Airflow, dbt and Looker, applied machine learning, and knowledge of the fintech ecosystem are welcome but not essential.
