- Develop national learner recruitment strategies across digital, school and community channels
- Own the funnel from lead generation to enrolment and payment conversion

Requirements
- 5 or more years in recruitment, admissions, growth or related roles
- Proven experience managing recruitment funnels and meeting enrolment targets

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with learners and stakeholders
Qualifications
