This full-time onsite role at Grab's Ortigas office sits within the Group Marketplace team, which manages marketplaces across Southeast Asia. The manager uses data to improve the transport marketplace through levers such as pricing, incentives and allocation. The role owns experimentation from design through analysis and works closely with product and country operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects that improve marketplace metrics on all sides of the marketplace.
- Own the experimentation process, including design, rollout and analysis of results.
- Monitor daily marketplace metrics, investigate anomalies and troubleshoot with the product team.
- Develop daily tactical fixes and longer-term strategic plans for marketplace dynamics.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in data analysis and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, economics or a related field.
- Ability to present clearly in both Filipino and English, with at least three years of presentation experience.
Qualifications
- Complex Excel skills, with exposure to SQL or Python, to support data-driven recommendations.
