Recognized consistently as a top workplace, Ro seeks a Manager, Practice Operations to join the Care Delivery team.

This full-time remote position suits a detail-oriented, process-focused operator who enjoys organizing complex workflows and supporting frontline healthcare teams. In this capacity, you will oversee day-to-day administrative functions, manage onboarding programs, operate support ticketing systems, and lead high-priority operational initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with internal departments like Data, IT, and People to refine policies, introduce automation, and boost overall efficiency. Candidates should possess a strong background in healthcare operations, demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities, and care deeply about empowering the professionals who deliver direct patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily onboarding procedures for clinical and non-clinical frontline staff in collaboration with People, Learning and Development, and Credentialing departments
  • Operate the internal support desk by resolving service tickets within established SLAs and improving self-service resources
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Data, and People teams to enhance operational consistency and efficiency
  • Drive high-priority special projects from initial planning to successful completion

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of experience working in healthcare operations
  • Demonstrate strong project management and coordination capabilities with high attention to detail
  • Show a proven track record of creating, automating, and improving operational processes
  • Possess experience utilizing automation and technology to streamline workflows
  • Adopt a proactive, resourceful, and helpful approach to closing operational gaps

  • Experience in high-growth or technology-enabled care delivery environments
  • Familiarity with Airtable
