Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the roadmap and vision for Mobile App Infrastructure Engineering
- Manage, mentor, and expand a team of senior engineers focused on mobile tooling and platform development
- Collaborate across product, design, leadership, and engineering groups to build alignment
- Write code and make regular hands-on technical contributions
Requirements
- Possess at least 5 years of hands-on web and mobile app engineering experience
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of React Native working experience
- Accumulate at least 3 years of experience managing and growing engineering teams
- Demonstrate a history of transforming how web or mobile applications are built within an organization
- Show experience building and launching consumer-facing mobile apps from start to finish
- Have scaled at least one mobile application to over 1 million monthly active users
