Figma is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head its Billing team, a full-stack group focused on automating revenue workflows and delivering end-to-end payment and billing capabilities for customers ranging from small teams to Fortune 500 companies. In this position, you will guide the development of key infrastructure such as checkout, invoicing, pricing and packaging, and subscription lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with product, design, data, marketing, go-to-market, and accounting partners to shape the product roadmap and help users access and budget for Figma's offerings.
This full-time position suits an accomplished engineering manager who excels at building high-performing teams, establishing positive cross-functional relationships, and executing complex software roadmaps. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff-level engineers, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, and partnering with product teams to deliver a world-class user experience.
