Swiggy is seeking a Manager- Supply Strategy to join its team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves examining different operational scenarios to suggest rapid responses for business expansion. The professional in this position will work alongside business units to help achieve organizational goals, gather and process raw data into usable formats, and assist management by automating interactive dashboards for live tracking of core metrics.
Additionally, the person will manage marketing software systems such as analytics platforms, CRM solutions, and marketing finance tools. Responsibilities also include partnering with marketing groups on ATL, BTL, sampling, and activation campaigns, while coordinating with product and sales divisions. The candidate will help monitor marketing expenditures, oversee campaign effectiveness, and deliver data-backed insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business scenarios and recommend actions for growth
- Co-create initiatives with business teams to meet objectives
