This is a full-time, remote Marketing Operations Manager role for a leader who will design and run strategic marketing plans meant to grow brand awareness, win customers and raise revenue. The central job is building repeatable, measurable marketing systems in HubSpot, with AI-based automation and data science informing decisions.
Much of the work involves HubSpot administration, marketing automation, analytics, A/B testing, and refining forms, email and website experiences. The person also runs marketing operations projects from start to finish and writes down processes so other teams can reuse them. The role suits a B2B SaaS professional who enjoys structured projects, process documentation and performance analysis.
Applicants should have at least five years in marketing, marketing operations or project management, ideally in B2B SaaS. Hours follow US business time, either 9am to 5pm EST or 8:30am to 4:30pm EST. The posting does not list a salary.

- Run HubSpot's marketing, sales, service and CMS products, including automation and data upkeep.
- Produce dashboards and analysis that track KPIs, campaign results and return on investment.
- Own the email program from list segmentation through sending.
- Refine forms, templates, landing pages and site journeys to improve conversion.
- Oversee marketing operations projects, watching progress, risks and blockers against timeline and budget.
- Align processes between sales, customer service and marketing groups, then record repeatable procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business management or marketing, or in an allied discipline.
- Five or more years of marketing or marketing-ops experience, project management included; a B2B SaaS background is preferred.

- Real grasp of customer journey design and business workflows.
