Responsibilities
- Create wiring harness 3D routing in Siemens NX Electrical Routing
- Prepare 2D flattening drawings including wire lengths, bundle diameters and branches
- Run routing feasibility, bend radius and clearance analysis
- Generate and maintain BOMs, wiring tables and harness documentation
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Medium to expert user of UG-NX, Teamcenter and AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of electrical components and reading data sheets
- Experience coordinating tooling suppliers end to end
Qualifications
- BE in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of GD&T and mechanical design standards
- Ability to assess EMC effects of wiring harness design
