Bosch is seeking a lead developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Bengaluru, with responsibilities that include Azure services, enterprise integrations and AI adoption. The role covers technical design for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement, plugins and custom APIs, Azure-based integrations, and AI use cases built on Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio. The lead also mentors developers and drives Azure DevOps pipelines. It is a full-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and customization of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement solutions
- Build D365 plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls and Dataverse extensions
- Design Azure integrations using Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps and API Management
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and drive CI/CD with Azure DevOps
Requirements
- 9 to 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure work
- Strong experience with REST API and enterprise application integrations
- Practical experience with AI or GenAI adoption and Azure AI services or the Copilot ecosystem
- Good understanding of Agile or Scrum delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or a related discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure or AI certifications are an advantage
- Experience leading technical teams on enterprise CRM and integration work
