Angkas is currently seeking an Onboarding Associate for a six-month contract role. This position is responsible for expanding the driver fleet through active recruitment, managing the acquisition funnel, and verifying new driver applications. The individual in this role will handle document checks, monitor onboarding metrics, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns utilizing social media advertisements and flyers
- Monitor the performance of the acquisition funnel by tracking new leads and drop-off points
- Organize driver recruitment events and pop-up activations
- Report acquisition metrics and growth trends to the Operations Lead
- Review and verify driver documents including licenses, insurance, and background checks
- Process new driver applications and maintain the onboarding tracker and database
- Manage the PA and CPC application process and handle non-compliant or incomplete verifications
- Send reminders to applicants stuck in the onboarding steps to decrease drop-off rates
- Track onboarding conversion rates and time-to-activation metrics
- Adhere to company policies while meeting or exceeding assigned targets
Requirements
- One to two years of relevant professional experience in operations or candidate and vendor onboarding
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools
- Competency in data analysis, reporting, process mapping, and documentation
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course
